Beijing government plans to invest 760 billion yuan to treat pollution, beginning from reduce PM2.5 emission. Another 85 billion yuan will be used to build or upgrade urban garbage facility and sewage utility. And 30 billion yuan is invested to forestation in next three years.
The government also makes a plan to establish a number of water recycle factories and prohibit illegal buildings so as to improve environmental quality. Besides, Beijing government will severely punish those who violate the regulation of emission restriction.

Chinese hot words usually reflects social changes and culture. Some words even become increasingly popular on foreign media. For example, Tuhao and Dama are old words, but now they have new meanings.
Tuhao used to refer to rural land owners who often oppressed his peasants and servants and now it is used to mean people who spend money like water and like to show off his fortunes. That is to say,tuhao has much money, but does not have taste. Dama is what we call a middle-aged woman, but now it particularly refers to Chinese women who bought a lot of gold when the gold prices slumped not long ago.
Tuhao and Dama are probably included by Oxford English Dictionary new edition. Up to now, about 120 Chinese words are added to Oxford English Dictionary and become a part of English language.

Recently, Chinese Academy of Sciences has published serial annual reports on its latest scientific discoveries and outlook in the next year. The serial reports are composed of three parts: scientific development report, hi-tech development report and strategic report on sustained development in China. The first report includes the latest discoveries made by Chinese scientists, such as research on new particles and breakthroughs on studying H7N9 virus, and it also give highlight to problems which should be concerned in future years. The second report releases hot fields of some applied scientific researches, like 3D printing and man-made organ study. The third report calls to strengthen top design to eliminate structural problems in industrial upgrading and to promote energy saving and emission reduction.
